I have found Stephanie to be very skilled, friendly and always willing to put in that extra bit more to get the best results. Over the year I have been having treatment I have been impressed at how well Stephanie has analysed the root cause of the issues and applied effective exercises – I have a new respect for just how knowledgeable and skilled a good Osteopath needs to be! I have no hesitation in highly recommending Stephanie should anyone be thinking of visiting an Osteopath.

I saw Steph first for an ankle problem but in the very first session she suggested the root cause may be in the hip. This was later proved by a hip MRI which led to a hip surgery to remove a bone spur. Both before and after my surgery, Steph provided excellent care and insight into managing my symptoms and biomechanics. I always came out of a session with pain relief and better posture. She has a very intuitive approach to identifying and rectifying underlying problems which to the layperson may feel like magic. But more importantly, I always appreciated the support and encouragement I received from her. Even when I was in the middle of a flare-up, Steph assured me that I was on the right track and gave me confidence. I also appreciated that she always helped me make my own decisions without forcing me down any particular treatment plan.

Due to the extreme practice of a contact sport, I had (and still am) to visit Stephanie at the hub (previously the Three Clinic) more than once for different reasons (ankles, hips, shoulders, back, neck…). Each time, Stephanie has been able to assess immediately the cause of the issue and has been able to efficiently ease the problem. She is very knowledgeable regarding the body functions and movements and has the ability to explain concisely the source of the injury. Her enthusiasm and positivity makes a visit less stressful each time. She is always concerned about the well being of her patients. I have recommended her each time to my friends and colleagues who had sports injuries.
